ASA-Suffolk University, Boston MA. Partners with CLICE Foundation to Organize Fundraising Gala for Visual Impaired Students in Africa

The African Student Association (ASA) is a club that brings together students of all races who identify with the diversified rich culture and heritage of Africa. A space where African Students share experiences and insights about their roots in order to educate and impact. This is done through various activities and events to keep the culture alive.

One of the goals for the club this semester is to reach and give back to Africa in our own way as a Suffolk community. To achieve this, they are organizing a Fundraiser Gala to raise funds and collect donations for a group of visually impaired students under the Umbrella of the Comfort Literacy Intervention & Capacity Enhancement (CLICE) Foundation.

The theme of the Fundraising Gala is “Remembering Our Roots” Students and friends of the club would be making both financial and in-kind donations to support this cause through CLICE Foundation scheduled ton hold on April 09, 2022 at the Sargent Hall, 175 Tremont Street, Boston, MA.
