Comfort Onyaga is a Development Professional with over five years of experience with a proven track record in designing and implementing developmental projects. She has over 5 years of progressive experience in development and has worked with both international and indigenous non-profit organizations as part of the editorial team of project design, and management of impactful developmental projects in the south-south region of Nigeria. As a Market Systems Development Specialist, she has worked on several private sector-led development interventions across agricultural and non-agricultural sectors, research, and advocacy for inclusive economic growth and development. She currently provides strategic and programme management leadership on Education Investments at The Education Partnership (TEP) Centre, where she delivers on private sector engagements and investments in education. Onyinye has over 8 years experience in the financial services sector, where she specialises in social finance, corporate social responsibility and philanthropy. She has established competencies in project design and management, qualitative research and analysis. She has managed a successful multi-billion-naira CSR partnership initiative on health and well-being to provide free access to cancer screening for women in underserved communities. She has been involved in multi-sectoral initiatives (including career and business mentorship for vulnerable groups) as well as humanitarianism across continents for over a decade. As a development professional, she has a wealth of experience in designing and managing social development projects. She has attended several international and local conferences including the United Nations (UN) Commission on the Status of Women (CSW).She has a proven track record in the entertainment industry, Silverbird Productions, a Nigerian media and entertainment company and franchise holder of the prestigious Miss World and Miss Universe pageants, and the organizers of the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) pageant and owners of Rhythm 93.7 FM in Nigeria, Africa. She worked for over a decade heading several units including TV program syndication, marketing, and Customer Service/Pageant.

As a consultant, she has worked with various organizations in US, Nigeria, Kenya and Zambia to provide staff development, strategic plan development, curriculum design, human rights training, emotional intelligence, software development, and business process development. She has written texts on Visual Basic .Net and Database design. She serves on the board of a security and justice NGO – PRAWA, an advocacy and empowerment foundation – CADEF; on a Technology Incubator - Smarter-in the-City, and on several advisory boards. As a serial entrepreneur, she is the CEO of a business and education consulting firm - Sources Resources Logistics and Consulting, and is also the founder of an architectural flooring company-Elitecrete Nigeria; and several technology based initiatives.
