Comfort Onyaga​

Comfort Onyaga is a Development Professional with over five years of experience with a proven track record in designing and implementing developmental projects. She has over 5 years of progressive experience in development and has worked with both international and indigenous non-profit organizations as part of the editorial team of project design, and management of impactful developmental projects in the south-south region of Nigeria. As a Market Systems Development Specialist, she has worked on several private sector-led development interventions across agricultural and non-agricultural sectors, research, and advocacy for inclusive economic growth and development. Comfort has been trained by the Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND) on the Donor Committee for Enterprise Development (DCED) Standard and understands how to use these tools to track interventions in a manner that guarantees value for money. Comfort is the founding member of Policy Shapers She is a member of the United States Agency for Development (USAID) Global Food Security Stakeholder (GFSS), an alumnus of the Founder Institute, the world's largest pre-seed acceleration programme for startups, a Cohort V student of the Tekedia Mini-MBA Programme and was recently nominated for the World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders, Class of 2022.

Onyinye Nkwocha

Onyinye Nkwocha is an Education and Development expert. She currently provides strategic and programme management leadership on Education Investments at The Education Partnership (TEP) Centre, where she delivers on private sector engagements and investments in education. Onyinye has over 8 years experience in the financial services sector, where she specialises in social finance, corporate social responsibility and philanthropy. She has established competencies in project design and management, qualitative research and analysis. She has managed a successful multi-billion-naira CSR partnership initiative on health and well-being to provide free access to cancer screening for women in underserved communities. Onyinye is an alumna of the prestigious Chevening Awards, a member of the British Association of Comparative and International Education (BAICE), and the Comparative and International Education Society (CIES), America.

Ibidolapo Akinyombo

Social Development Professional, with a passion for humanitarianism and a background in project management.  She has been involved in multi-sectoral initiatives (including career and business mentorship for vulnerable groups) as well as humanitarianism across continents for over a decade. As a development professional, she has a wealth of experience in designing and managing social development projects. She has attended several international and local  conferences including the United Nations (UN) Commission on the Status of Women (CSW).She has a proven track record in the entertainment industry, Silverbird Productions, a Nigerian media and entertainment company and franchise holder of the prestigious Miss World and Miss Universe pageants, and the organizers of the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) pageant and owners of Rhythm 93.7 FM in Nigeria, Africa. She worked for over a decade heading several units including TV program syndication, marketing, and Customer Service/Pageant.

Marceline Obuya

Oversees the financial wellbeing of the organisation. She has over 20 years work experience in Africa within the financial sector working largely in microfinance and most recently in the health sector, as well as experience in management, operations, research, training and mentoring, with the primary focus of up-skilling people and businesses to attain their full potential. Has robust experience in identification of needs of various sectors and developing practical strategies for channelling finance to priority sectors, working with multilaterals, private sector, and financial institutions. Passionate about mentoring SMEs in Kenya on critical business levers like strategic planning, human resource management, and operational technical support. Experienced consultant and advisor in poverty assessment, and rural finance sector program reviews. Has recently been working on a comprehensive mobile wallet payment solution, a start-up that enables users to make secure yet low-cost payments, making it affordable to the bottom of the pyramid.

Professor Chiso Ndukwe-Okafor

MBA; MPA; Ed. D: Advisory Board Member An educator, information technology expert, serial entrepreneur, software developer, motivational speaker and author. She has been in higher education for over 33 years as a Professor in Business and Information Technology, Dean, Department Chair, curriculum designer, author, speaker, and Co-Principal Investigator for a National Science grant. As a consultant, she has worked with various organizations in US, Nigeria, Kenya and Zambia to provide staff development, strategic plan development, curriculum design, human rights training, emotional intelligence, software development, and business process development. She has written texts on Visual Basic .Net and Database design. She serves on the board of a security and justice NGO – PRAWA, an advocacy and empowerment foundation – CADEF; on a Technology Incubator - Smarter-in the-City, and on several advisory boards. As a serial entrepreneur, she is the CEO of a business and education consulting firm - Sources Resources Logistics and Consulting, and is also the founder of an architectural flooring company-Elitecrete Nigeria; and several technology based initiatives. She is a trained entrepreneurship trainer, a leadership scholar with a passion to help others identify their passions and accomplish their dreams.
